Looking after Young Guns

We have a strong pertinent belief in the continuous education of young sportspeople.

Whether it is simply completing high school, attaining tertiary qualifications, a trade or specialised courses (what ever they may be) we encourage learning and will endeavour to connect each individual to a specific program in order to widen their horizons.

We understand that not all will succeed in their chosen sport or set themselves up financially for their future and that of their families. So, by giving you every possible chance at a favourable outcome, we want you to have something to fall back on.

We also are concerned in your life after sport, as we all know the lifespan of a sporting career is relatively short in comparison to a 9-5 job. Many sports stars are signed at a young and impressionable age of around 16, so it is imperative to us to steer them toward not only a fulfilling sporting career but also toward equipping youngsters with higher learning.

Knowledge after all is a wealth which is priceless and indispensable.

By concentrating on each young players’ individuality and needs, while developing their educational width, we feel it is our responsibility to mentor the youth through the ups and downs of a rapid rise in their chosen sport, a consistent growth in their career and a harmonious balance between life and work.
